Anything else?
30th May 2013 I was admitted to the Wansbeck for Total Knee Replacement surgery. I was discharged 4 days later confident that my op had been a success. Seven weeks later I'm still recovering but have made excellent progress considering. Talking to various people I heard some negative comments about the Wansbeck, equally I heard some very encouraging comments from people who had the same operation. From my own perspective I could not find one thing to complain about or pass on as negative. From being admitted, where the staff all give you a feeling of confidence, down to theatre where the informal atmosphere gives you an easy feeling, up to Ward 7 where the staff are all first class, everything was more than satisfactory. To my Consultant and all of the staff on Ward 7 and anyone else that contributed to my time in hospital... thank you all. Great job by all. Well done to all. Steve Jones
