From day 1,when I was examined by the doctor ,I felt that attentiveness and care were evident;When I saw the Consultant on July 4th, he reported to me of the findings of the MRI scan,he was very caring and explained to me very clearly the diagnosis and what he proposed to do,I felt very reassured and confident. I was admitted to the Queen Victoria hospital on July 10th;Again everybody I came in contact with, was very helpful and clear with the procedures. On the ward,the nurses were very caring and attentive. All in all,I felt that I was well looked after,and it is a credit to the Queen Victoria Hospital, Please pass on my thanks to everybody concerned,and keep up the fantastic job.
