My recent experience at the Royal Preston Hospital was most commendable. I arrived early for my appointment with the Head of the Plastic Surgery department. I was seen well before my appointment time. They were pleasant and professional and put my mind at rest. My operation took place within two weeks and again I was attended to before the appointed time. The administration and the care and attention throughout were exemplary
