Yesterday I attended the Gastrointestinal Unit at Wexham Park Hospital for a colonoscopy. This is clearly a busy unit and there was a slight delay compared to my appointment time. At all times I was kept informed about exactly what would happen, how long it would take and was treated very well. These people do a great job – and I thank them. I’d like to also add that I had read much about the parking problems at Wexham Park – I was there for a peek period and although the car park was very busy, there were spaces to be found. I’d advise to leave a little time to find these rather than face any anxiety over finding a last minute space.
