"Nurse put us at ease during a very worrying time"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Neurology

(as a relative),

With so much bad news in the media at the moment about the standard of the NHS, I feel I have to write to say about the excellent service my mother received on her recent visit to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.

She was admitted to AMUL department with a suspected mini stroke. The staff on the ward were caring and friendly, especially the Staff Nurse whose name I only know as Susie. She was fantastic, cheerful, polite not only to my mother but I witnessed the same level of service to other patients too.

She kept me updated on what was going to be happening ie blood tests etc and put us at ease during a very worrying time.

We are pleased that our staff were able to reassure you at a difficult time and that they were caring and friendly when looking after your Mother.
