What I liked

The staff were friendly and empathetic towards people's circumstances and I am looking forward to the brand new hospital

What could be improved

Operation cancellations. My operation had been cancelled four times over five weeks due to emergencies. I was told that this was a common occurence and feel that seeing as it is so common, there should be extra measures in place to ensure that there are the facilities to deal with both schedhuled operations and emergencies. Luckily, I have an employer who is sympathetic towards my predicament and has been flexible with the time I have needed to have off.
