Following my previous posting on how dissatisfied I was regarding the challenges over times, I feel that an update is in order. Despite a few hiccups during the day I eventually had my operation. The staff, particularly one very helpful and kind nurse on Ward 11 made what had started out as a very difficult and trying day a much better experience. I received (in my opinion) first class service from both the surgeons, anaesthetist and nurses, looking after me before, during and after my surgery.
