Your Customer Service and care was 10 out of 10, impressive and exceptional. I am writing to say thanks for the excellent customer service I received from Central Middlesex Hospital during my recent overnight stay in your A & E. July 10th - 11th July 2013 . I was very impressed with the service I received whilst I was there. I was seen in Urgent Care a short time after I arrived in severe state of dehydration couldn't really talk hardly walk with help. Then moved to A&E, where I was looked after incredibly well while I stayed over night getting all pre-cautious checks done and getting many IVs. I was most impressed by how patient, polite and professional doctors and nurses were. You are doing a fantastic job and it is the best hospital I ever stayed in. I wish I could name all of you working that night but really don't remember which is a shame. Was hoping to receive report ( to help me name you.. :-) ) but haven't got it, yet.
