What I liked
Nursing Staff and Receptionists are so friendly and willing to help (especially at the Haywood).
What could be improved
Waiting Times - when you are asked to arrive for an 8:45 appointment with a consultant you do not expect to be kept waiting until 9:45 for the Consultant to arrive.
Communication - if you are waiting it is helpful to know roughly how long the wait will be and i don't think an apology is too much to ask if the appointments are running late. Its just polite!
Parking Charges - £2 for 4 hours??? I know you are trying to encourage patients to use public transport BUT how many of us are really there for 4 hours? Come on - can't you even try "listening" to patient feedback? Perhaps you could have up to 1hr30mins for £1 and up to 4hrs for £2. You might even find this makes you MORE money as you'd have a higher turnover on your parking spaces.
