Our beautiful baby girl was delivered in Willow Suite on 8th May 2013 and my husband and I would like to thank every single member of staff involved for the wonderful care and attention we received. We would in particular like to acknowledge the care we received from our delivery midwife who was so calming, encouraging and friendly throughout. We immediately felt at ease with her and our birth plan was followed to the letter. Her caring attitude & professionalism made what is a frightening experience for a first time parent much less daunting! Every member of staff on Willow ward from the midwives to the cleaners were friendly, caring & professional. We were also very impressed with the attention & knowledge of the midwife care assistants overnight who helped us with feeding, changing and calming our little girl. We would not hesitate to recommend the maternity services to friends or come back in the future for round two!
