I attended the endoscopy clinic and was really worried about the procedure, from admission to discharge I was so impressed with the care I recieved, the receptionist was very friendly, the admitting nurse made me feel well informed about my decision to not sedate, the 2 nurses and consultant doing my procedure explained everything and I felt very safe, I had a really good experience and I know I will feel okay when I return.
