I have nothing but praise for the rsh during my recent cardiac treatment as an in-patient. Not only was the treatment careful and effective, staff were invariably courteous, kind and efficient. The food is now very good, and fresh, and the hospital sparkling clean. The beds were very comfortable, with clean linen every day. The only difficulty, was that the long wait for my out-patient appointment (cancelled and re-scheduled twice over four months) meant that by the time I attended I had already been treated as an emergency, had received three stents, some further tests and re-habilitation treatment, of which the doctor who finally saw me was entirely unaware. So some communication problems there..

I am very sorry that you faced problems with your outpatient appointment.
