Lovely Doctor, He spoke to my daugher in a way that both Reassured her and gave her a feeling of control over her treatment. We didn't have to wait for long at all and were even seen a little early. It has been really easy to get thru to someone on the phone and again, a very professional service was received. Made a worrying time a lot easier. Great Service. Many Thanks

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to post such a lovely compliment on the NHS Choice website. It was good to read that a younger person is` treated in the same manner as an adult and given the reassurance and understanding of what is going to be happen. I have passed your compliment on to the Paediatric department as it is a real boost to morale . Thank you
