The consultant and their team are the epitome of professionalism. From the onset I was treated like a V.I.P. and the whole experience proved to be thoroughly enlightening. (Especially considering the adverse comments the NHS is getting recently.) I experienced absolutely no trepidation and the consultant and their team put me so much at ease that I'd gladly go through the procedure again provided it was that team, or those of similar ilk.
