I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation to all of the team on the Dermatology Dept at The Hereford County Hospital for their care and professionalism towards me during my recent visit there. Without exception they were all efficient, calm, cheerful and caring. I know that these are not easy times for our NHS but I feel that the way I was cared for reflects the best aspects of the service - and I am very grateful for it. Keep up the good work - it is appreciated
