I would like to say how impressed and a big thank you to all who attended to my sister when she had to make a emergency visit to North Staffs A & E on advice from NHS Direct The service she got of them was brilliant and first class , on arrival at the A & E she was seen almost immediately and in a cubical before I had chance to park up, all the staff who attended to her were excellence and put her at ease to what the problem was or they thought it was, she received a number of tests including a blood test and x-rays to sort her problem out and was at home within 6 hours .So a big thank you to you all for a job well done keep up the excellent work

What could be improved

More goverment money so improvments can be made constantly and better pay for the people we put are lives with
