About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was given an appointment date for an x ray in July at Princess Royal Hospital.

I was told I could have a hip operation in 3-4 months time, which I'm very happy about.

As you don't actually say whether you had any contact with TRAQS, I can only assume that your appointment at the hospital was arranged by us. I am pleased to note that you have now been given an indication as to when the procedure will be carried and I am sure you will feel the benefits once you have had your operation.
