What I liked
Gave birth at this hospital and had a much better experience than at Derby City - the staff listened to me and I felt much safer and more in control.
My son had an operation here and was warmly welcomed and treated very well.
What could be improved
The hospital seems to have a confusing layout.
The parking charges are excessive for an all day stay - especially when leaving the hospital at 11:30pm, paying the all day charge, getting out to the car park and finding that the barriers weren't down anyway!
