I was sent to Burton A and E by my GP. On arrival, the receptionist seemed extremely rude and basically said that I shouldn't have been there. Then the nurse in charge came and said I'd gone to the wrong department.

This was even though it was the fracture clinic who told my GP to send me to A and E. After 3 and a half hours, I was eventually seen by a doctor who did absolutely nothing. In my opinion, the only reason why he saw me was because I was about to breach their 4 hour target.

I was sent home in more pain than when I arrived. None of the staff I met offered any pain relief at all. I will never go back there again. I found the staff I met very rude and uncaring. Absolutely disgusted they could treat a person like it.
