I was referred to Inclusion Matters by my GP who had been treating me for depression for a few months following a car accident.
The therapist I saw, Samantha, was very good. She treated me very well. On my very first session with her she picked up that I may be on the wrong medication and suggested to my GP that I have a psychiatric assessment.
The psychiatrist agreed that I was on the wrong medication, changed it and praised the therapist very highly for having identified the medication issue immediately.
Samantha has given me a lot of support and has put herself out to ensure I got my confidence back. She realized that I was very anxious about driving again and found a driving instructor who had experience in helping other people who, like me had suffered an accident and were not confident about driving again. She came with me on my first lesson to reassure me!
I am now ready to return to work, I could not have done so without the help from my therapist.
My only point of criticism is that I waited from October to January before I received treatment from Inclusion Matters because of the waiting list they have.
