What I liked
i turned up at st cross at 07.30 there was no one available to help me i followed the signs to the reception which was closed. I then joined the people sitting were the reception should be until i got fed up and went home not a very good experiance at all.
What could be improved
There should be staff in the reception area to help with any queries people may have.
