I have been an out patient of the Rhumatology department for over 5 years now and have regular check ups. All the staff that I have encountered have been polite, friendly and approachable. I have found that they are honest with you and actually listen to what you are saying. I usually see the same doctor & like it that you get to see the same face, and do not have to keep explaining the symptoms/problems. The waiting area is always clean and bright. Thank you to all the staff that work in the department, as hospital appointments can be stressful and you all make them a lot easier.
