Rang the main number 01689 863000 and when the call is transferred to the operator there is no answer. Rang the referralls office 01689 865797 and when someone finally answered (phone rings initially and then you get the engaged tone?) they try to transfer you to Urology Secretary and the number is engaged every time. Finally you ring direct to Urology and the number 01689 866777 is always engaged. When you finally get through a message tells you that the secretary is on holiday and asks you to leave contact details s they can phone you back.
