The Consultant I was down to see was running an hour late though the board was not updated so no one knew when they might be seen. Before my turn came I saw her leave and no one came to tell me that i would be seen by someone else.My data on file said I was a smoker which I have never been. The Registrar whom I did see was very helpful and understanding and took time to listen, examine me and explain.None of the staff who had taken my info when I arrived seemed willing to communicate what was going on.

Thank you for providing feedback and I am sorry staff did not keep you informed about the delay in your appointment. I will feed this back to staff as it is not the standard that we would expect from our outpatient services. Please do accept my apologies for you poor experience.
