Had a 10.30 appointment for my 8 month old daughter to have a blood test. We were called on time and had a fantastic doctor in Pediaetric department my daughter didn't stop smiling throughout the procedure and no tears. Thank you.

Glad to hear that you and your daughter were looked after so well. Paediatric doctors and nurses somehow have the knack to do these things - know it's their training, but also something else - a real desire to do well by their very young patients. Thanks again and we'll make sure that the team gets to read your feedback as soon as possible.
