Large, friendly hospital. Well lit and enjoyable to visit.

What could be improved

When the hospital was in building, they gave a free period on the car parking ticket. This I thought was a really good idea, because you don't always need to be in the hospital for very long. However, when the hospital was finally officially opened, they got rid of this free period, and now charge an expensive price.

The initial signage in the main foyer of the hospital is awful. When you walk in, you want to be able to look at a group of signs and know exactly where to go. This hospital does not have this, you have to either go to a nearby pillar where there is a small set of direction signs - or speak to the receptionists. Even if the signage was for the main/basic hospital areas (ie, outpatients or wards), it would make it easier.
