(as a service user),

The ambulance crew were brilliant!

My GP arranged the ambulance transport for me for an appointment at the Southmead Hospital. On the day of the appointment they rang me about 10 minutes before they were due to arrive and when they arrived they helped me to get into the ambulance.

At the hospital they took me to the Renal clinic for my appointment and then collected me from there to take me home. It was a different crew who took me home.

They were all very polite and helpful. 10/10 for the service they provide.
