the hospital was clean.

What could be improved

I had travelled from a very long distance to see my friend at the hospital.

i wasnot allowed to see her as the visiting hours were only 630-8pm.inspite of requesting politely,the nurse-in-charge was very abrupt and unprofessional.

she told me to leave.i found her manner harsh and offensive and totally out of keeping with the caring profession.

she also told me there was nowhere i could wait till the evening.

This was a very bitter experience.
