"TRAQS staff were polite and helpful"

The reason I have only given the "3" rate of okay for GP referral is because the nurse at our practice carried out a hearing test for me in late June. However, it took 3 phone calls to the surgery before TRAQS was told of my need for an appointment referral approximately 3 weeks later.
The TRAQS ladies I spoke to advised me to contact the GPs surgery to find out the cause of the delay as they had not received my details (they were polite and helpful).
Once they received my details I was contacted immediately by their member of staff in a letter of confirmation followed quickly covering all the information.
