Anything else?
I tore my achilles tendon and attended A&E . The waiting area was full of people and there was no privacy whilst giving my details to the receptionist. I asked that my name not be shouted out to everyone by the triage nurse but my request was not passed on. The TV's in the waiting are were not working, the waiting area was dirty. the toilet in the waiting area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Once inside the staff took care of me very well but I felt let down by the way I was looked after during the first hour in A&E. I was dizzy with pain and feeling faint. I hope you can sort out the waiting area.
