That it was explained to me that I could self-discharge at any time.

What could be improved

I was an emergency admission for an ecptopic pregnancy; Medical notes from my operation contradicted previous diagnosis of PCOS, no-one explained what had actually been done in the operation (there had been several scenarios presented beforehand), I was left outside the ward ringing the bell for entry for 20 minutes on 3 occasions, given no details at all about operation aftercare or future advice. Need more nurses, improved communication at every stage, need to feel that someone is actually interested in you as a patient.
