Anything else?
I was seen by the Gastroendoscopy department to assess my long standing reflux problem with its associated stricture problem. The stricture in my throat was promptly attended through a clinical procedure under sedation and I am now able to eat normally without the risk and worry of choking. Also, I can now take my medications without having to soak them first in water or yoghurt. This relief has come after 4 years of much suffering and I am extremely grateful to the doctor and his team for a job well done, and also his secretary was has always been supportive in re-assuring and ensuring that my appointments came through.
