What I liked
The facilities are good downstairs and the hospital is well laid out.
The ward was being cleaned throughout the day.
What could be improved
The bed side manner of some of the staff especially the nurses who think they are something special.
When we first visited my husband in ward 43 we were shouted at because our 3 year old son ran into the ward to see his dad. the nurse was very rude and shouted that our son shouldnt be in there. We understood why but it was the way she said it.
my husbands card ex was lost between George Elliot and this hospital.
He wasnt explained things properly and most of the time it seemed like he was given drugs to knock him out so the nurses had less to do than to relieve the pain my husband was in.
