Thank you to all the staff on the Endoscopy Unit excellent care & treatment. The telephone assessment prior to admission is a good idea, saves time & the added complication of parking at the Royal. The procedure for the Endoscopy (with sedation) was unbelievably quick & totally comfortable & painless, the staff including the Consultant who performed the Endoscopy were amazing & give the patient total confidence & allay any fears. Thank you very much from a very anxious Patient prior to the procedure, I need not have worried at all.
