Anything else?
My review is only regarding the maternity services at this hospital. My daughter was thankfully born healthy, and i can only thank the staff for this. However, i found myself feeling ignored as a mother because ' it's the baby that matters now'. I was obviously greatly concerned for my babies safety, but i felt my wishes were ignored and felt more like cattle than a person. One midwife had a terrible attitude, and was, on more than one occasion, quite rude.I felt she didn't want to be there. Unfortunately, i had an epidural, which contained Fentanyl and Bupivacaine which meant i was slightly drowsy and unable to ' fight my corner', which, unfortunately,i felt i needed to do. I would love more children, but after the experience from certain members of staff at this hospital, have decided not to.
