I attended the JAU today and cannot fault the kindness & helpfulness of all the staff I encountered, particularly the nurse who dealt with me & the lovely ultrasonographer - thank you ladies for helping me get through a difficult day!

This was due to lack of administrative support at the time which has now been rectified.
