About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Anything else?

How can a professional organisation lose patients belongings, lose their medication ( brought in by the paramedics) , inform the patient's family that she had received her daily ( and vital meds) yet there is records to back up this claim- not forgetting that the blister packs were lost in the first place. The front line staff are great but there are serious issues here.

We are very sorry that your visit to our Trust was not to the standard that you expected. To ensure we make improvements to our services and consistently provide care to the high standard we expect, please could you contact our PALs team either by email to PALS@elht.nhs.uk or via the free- phone number 0800 5872586. This will enable us to fully investigate your concerns and provide you with feedback regarding this matter. Thank you
