My stay in Ward 12 was excellent. As a visitor to Norfolk I couldn't have been treated better. Every member of staff was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I would like to say a big thank you to thank you. The only downside I have is with regard to A&E that people should be prioritised in how ill they are, as soon as possible after they come in, not hours later when the long wait has made there condition deteriorate. Once I was seen the treatment was excellent.
