"Great hip replacement at Thornbury Hospital"

I first went to my doctor in April 2006. I then went to Northern General for an xray on my hip. I went back to my doctor as the pain was getting worse everyday, he then wrote to Thornbury Hospital Orthopaedic department. Thornbury Hospital phoned me to arrange to see Mr Buckley at the start of August 2006. I had the operation on the 7th september 2006. So from diagnosis to operation it was all very very quick, I was suprised.

Thornbury Hospital was all absolutely first class. Parking so much better than at Northern General. I was well cared for my the anesthetist and the surgeon Mr Buckley. All the staff were most attentive, I had a private room aswell, all paid for by the NHS.
