"I am more positive and I feel great"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

I could write a book on problems over the years. But I don't want to bore you.

Before seeing Katie, I felt suicidal, depressed, angry, worried, stressed, anxiety. After the time with Katie, how she put it over to me was simple to understand parts of your brain, makes you stop and write down (I. e problems) so you retrain your brain in stages so it's not getting overwhelmed.

I feel great. I'm more organised and plan each day stuff to do. I am more positive. I could go on more and more.

Just to say thank you to all at Inclusion Matters, especially Katie, I can't thank her enough.

Thanks a lot.

Dear Vastness683,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

It's great to hear that the sessions with Katie have helped you to cope better with your problems and to feel more positive.

I will make sure that your feedback is passed on to the staff team esp. Katie.

I wish you all the best for the future,

Elizabeth Lovell
