"Dignity still in tact!"

About: St Mark's Hospital (Harrow)

Anything else?

I had a proctogram at St. Mark's today which as to be expected, due to the nature of the procedure, I was dreading. However, if I had to repeat the procedure, I would be much more relaxed. The staff were super, my appointment ran like clockwork. The surroundings seemed cleaned & well maintained & I was kept fully aware of what was going to happen and the time frames in which it would happen. A special mention must go to the young man that took me into the X-ray room & explained the procedure. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name. He immediately put me at ease. I do not know the results yet as the doctor will watch the video & write to my consultant. I came away though feeling as though I'd been looked after. Thank you to all.
