I went in with an extremely sore neck with limited movement. I was seen quickly and all of the staff were friendly. Only criticism was that they didn't have all of the medication I needed on site and I had to go across the road to Boots to get the pills needed to stop the spasms. The NHS gets such a hard time, but my experiences have always been positive.
