What I liked

As a family we would like to express our sincere thanks for the care, compassion and professionalism of all the staff involved in the care and treatment of our mother. She was admitted onto ward D20 on Sunday 5th August 2007. During this time she was always treated with respect, compassion and received medical attention of the highest order.

As a family we were also received with respect, understanding anqd empathy and treated sensitively at all times. We thank all the personnel on the ward who, as a team, ensured that our mother was well cared for in a manner which reflects the best facet of the National Health Service we expect and enjoy.
