We called an ambulance when my mother in law displayed symptons of a suspected heart attack. The ambulance and lead car were with us in minutes and the care was exceptional. In hospital her treatment was faultless, informed, and thorough. I would recommend Gloucester Royal - what excellent service and staff. The waiting around is the only issue in A&E and I understand the pressures you guys face, but that was a small price to pay for the professionalism and quality of care. Thank you!
