What I liked
My previous stay at New Cross was 3 years ago. This time it was very noticeable how much cleaner the hospital is. Also, the daily cleaning routine in the ward is more thorough.
I was not aware of any 'Agency Staff', everyone knew who I was and why I was there.
The Food has improved and is now appetising.
The care and treatment I received from A&E, the Staff on D2 and my Consultants and Doctors to being discharged was outstanding and could not have been bettered by Private Health Care.
