"How long do i wait for an appointment?"

I feel very let down by this surgery, not by the doctors who have been fantastic when I actually get to see them. Though the receptionist's are rude blunt and have no sympathy towards myself or others who call for an urgent/average appointment, I have been very unwell over the past 4 months and have only been able to acquire 3 appointments due to those who are on the other side of the phone. I am that unhappy when this happens I am reduced to tears for the fact I feel I will not get better if I do not receive the help I require. This surgery needs to change their reception staff immediately as they are the reason for not only myself feeling let down but many others.
