I had an operation at this hospital. I can honestly say I couldn't have had better treatment if I had been the Queen. My consultant was superb. I saw him before & after the operation and he explained things in detail to me. He also sent his registrar to see me and again this was before & after my Operation. The anaesthetist took time to discuss things and all of the theatre staff were super. Back on the ward the nursing staff care assistants tea lady were all brilliant. So helpful & kind & patient

Great care is about teamwork and you have certainly mentioned everyone from the theatre staff to ward staff. It is so nice to see you have given them a 5 star rating and we will be more than happy to pass your lovely comments to the teams involved. This is one of the ways we like to recognise the great work they do.
