What I liked

I cannot fault the quality of care provided by the orthopaedic and physio depts. Felt at ease with consultants and able to ask questions - unlike some other hospitals. Speed of getting an appointment and also having weekly repeat apoointments at times convenient to me.

What could be improved

Communication between departments could have been better. Only had one minor issue when I nearly missed my clinic appointment due to Xray being backed up with people. A simple call from one dept to another could have resolved that and eased the nerves!
