Anything else?
I was recently admitted onto EAU3 and Simpson ward with a pneumonia which had effected my liver,at 54 after just having a restful two week holiday, I can not explain why i became so ill so quickly. The care from every single member of staff was without fault, In often difficult conditions and in a heat wave they soldiered on through 12 hour shifts which must have left them exhausted. The elderly often confused and sometimes demanding through the night. Staff took turns to spend time with a dementia patient who otherwise wondered about and may have disturbed other patients, this must have put a strain on staffing levels. All were treated with care, dignity and attention at all times, and the patience of the staff was remarkable. I enjoyed my meals and the choice of menu, again lots of work has been done and it is visible and tangible. I myself worked for 15 years in a hospital and feel is the quality of the staff and good training that makes a successful Hospital please support and look after them you have real diamonds I hope you know it?
"Exceptional care"
