What I liked

I was referred to RHH after initial consultation at Corbett for an MRI scan. Waiting time for an appointment was very quick coming through. One does not expect speed of "Private Patients" on the NHS, but I had no complaints at all. On the day of my appoinment, I arrived early and was sent straight through to the second waiting room, where even then I had no time to put bum on seat, except outside in corridor outside the scan room. A 5 minute wait at the most, for the previous patient to come out, and I was in, scanned and leaving the department before my designated appointment time.

.The same for follow up in the Physiotherapy Dept, which I am still attending. All staff have been friendly, attentive and above all most proffessional in their tasks.

Finally, parking. At no time have I been unable to park, and because of prompt appointment times, cost has been kept to a minimum.
